I created The Brush Hour because I wanted to offer something gentler than the noisy , rushed grooming experiences I have seen before. Grooming should never feel like chaos. It should feel calm, reassuring, safe- for both the dog and the person leaving them in your duty of care.
The Brush Hour was born from my love for Jenny, my show English Cocker Spaniel, and from a deep belief that every dog deserves to be treated with patience and respect. Some dogs need more time, some simply need to feel safe before anything else begins. That is the heart of my work. I believe in building trust, working at each dog's pace. That is why Our Golden Hour is more than just a full groom - that is our signature promise of calm, care,and beautiful results.
