The Brush Hour Pet Grooming is a heart-led grooming studio based in Highgate, inspired by my English Cocker Spaniel Jenny, whose companionship turned a simple grooming routine into a true vocation. After 15 years in luxury hospitality, I found my real calling in grooming : creating calm, trusting experiences where dogs feel understood, not rushed, cared for and at ease.
Every session is more than a full groom, it is a gentle genuine connection built on patience, kindness, and a belief that wellbeing must come first. That is the heart of The Brush Hour - and it is what it gives Our Golden Hour its meaning.

A heartwarming connection
One moment that stayed with us was grooming Winnie, an elderly, nervous dog who had struggled with previous grooming experiences. With trust, patience, no force, we achieved a successful groom without needing to muzzle him, leaving both Winnie and his owner happy and relieved. Moments like that are the reason why this work matters so deeply.
