The Brush Hour Pet Grooming is a heart-led grooming studio born from the bond with Jenny, my show Cocker Spaniel who transformed a simple grooming routine into a life vocation. After 15 years in the luxury hospitality, grooming became the true calling: a way to communicate through a gentle language of kindness that helps each dog feel safe, understood, and at their best at the end of the groom. Every session is more than a haircut; it is a calm genuine connection where trust is built, wellbeing comes first, and each pet is treated like family, all thanks to Jenny’s inspiring presence. 💖
A heartwarming connection
One of the most heartwarming experiences was with Winnie, an elderly and very nervous dog who had previously been muzzled by other groomers and was challenging around scissors. When we met, we formed a connection, and while he was still a bit nervous, we managed to perform a great groom without forcing him into a muzzle, with a happy parent and a happy dog. Moments like these make us truly happy and solidify our dedication to gentle, caring grooming.
