Do you groom elderly, nervous or anxious dogs?
Yes. The Brush Hour is designed around calm, gentle handling and a stress free experience for dogs who needs extra patience. We welcome all dogs from any background, from rescue dogs to pure breeds. We build trust first. The well-being and comfort of your dog is always our top priority.
Which breeds do you specialise in?
We work with a range of breeds and coat types, with different styling requirements and coat care. With a special place in our heart for Cocker Spaniels, Irish Setters, all Terriers, Pomeranians, Shitzus, cavapoos, maltipoos.
How long does a groom usually take?
Timing depends on the dog's coat, breed, size, dog temperament and service required. We aim to give each dog the time and care they need. We usually estimate up two hours for a medium dog, for example.
What does a full groom includes?
A full groom includes bathing, drying, brushing, eyes, ears cleansing, hygiene & paw pads tidy, nails trimming, coat styling and scissor finishing.
How long does a full groom take?
Most full grooms take between 90 minutes and 2 hours, depending on coat condition, breed, and temperament. We never rush.
What products do you use?
We use gentle, breed-appropriate shampoos and conditioners Made in Italy . Our signature finishing scent The Brush Hour - OUR GOLDEN HOUR is vegan and pet-safe.
What if my pet has sensitive skin?
Let us know in advance and we'll adjust our products accordingly. We have hypoallergenic options available.
Do you groom cats?
YES, we do. However, Cat grooming appointments are taken only twice a month.
